The Product Edge
C++ Superset is software that will fix all memory-related issues implicitly at compile-time, which will protect the resulting executable from crashes and possible memory leaks. It is also predictable, which means that the resulting application will consistently execute the same way given the same input parameters. Thus, it will not add race conditions based on random factors.
Cyber security being an astronomical problem, the C++ Superset offers a solution to recompile legacy code, and the resulting application will not suffer from general memory-related issues. Many sectors can benefit from it; for example, catastrophic events can lead to a snowball effect, crashing or leaking software.
AI Powershift, which is also based on the underlying product C++ Superset, is built to ISO C++ Standards, thus making it extremely robust, backward compatible, and reliable.
When questioned about the breakthroughs the company is working on, we could sense the excitement as the CEO said, “We already have an experiment proposal ready to challenge relativity by Einstein with a simple Michelson-Morley experiment aboard the International Space Station.”
“We have the exact predictions for gravitomagnetic acceleration, or in other words: antigravity. We have predicted a DIY experiment on our part, and if our theory is confirmed and sound, we believe the era of “Star Trek” to be closer than expected,” he added.

Nicholas Hubert-Roy: CEO
Nicholas graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Business in Administration degree, with a focus in finance. While studying, he worked at CIMA+ for 15 years. He went to work for Cirque du Soleil’s HQ as an Indirect Tax Technician and went on to become a mortgage agent. In 8 years in the financial sector, he got the opportunity to be part of real estate acquisitions, stock investments, commodity trading, private investments, mortgage financing, indirect taxes, taxes, financial statement analysis, etc.
Philippe Bouchard: CTO
Phil Bouchard is the Founder of Fornux and has more than 2 decades of experience in the commercial sector across industries like bioinformatics, automobile, defense, and finance. He is also the author of a book in astrophysics that represents a new gravitational theory that can represent the universe at all scales.
Paul Claxton: CPO
Paul Claxton is an entrepreneur and technology executive well-versed in various business environments. Having built and started several successful companies, he uses his expertise to help customers increase operational efficiency and top-line revenues. An honorably discharged U.S. Marine, Paul has been an ardent athlete for 20 years and has won numerous medals and awards in competitive events.
Paul Monarrez: COO
Paul’s work focuses on Executive Team leadership, Client/Vendor relations, staff training and development, customer relations, and business development and improvement in the field of healthcare. Paul Monarrez holds a BA in Technology from San Diego State University, BS in Occupational Therapy, an MS in Management with an emphasis on Healthcare from Colorado Technical University. He has 20+ years of experience in the healthcare field with multiple professional certifications, including the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSMBB).
Joshua Morin: CFO
Joshua Morin is an ambitious entrepreneur who founded his business at age 23 and today services more than 600 clients. Joshua holds a specialized degree in accounting from “Université du Québec en Outaouais” and is a qualified CPA.
Business Challenges and Future Outlook
“We are planning to implement an entire virtual world in a supercomputer to test artificial intelligence algorithms safely. We will also implement the entire universe into the virtual world to make the correct predictions for advanced research in astrophysics. We believe that our main challenge was, is, and will remain developing new physics and astrophysics theories. We are chartering the unknown after all,” says Nicholas Hubert-Roy. They intend to solve world problems and contribute to developing a better civilization.
