The BBX Companywhich was established in 1993 has a proprietary Trading Platform and Digital Trade Credits (DTC) supply, which enables its members to access non-cash alternatives to conduct global and multi-lateral trading.
The BBX Trading Platform grants members a non-interest-bearing DTC credit line. In addition, the DTC ecosystem provides procurement options to help businesses grow their top and bottom lines while preserving their cash. During its 30-year history, BBX has expanded its operations across the globe and is currently operating in Singapore, Malaysia, India, Thailand, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Costa Rica.
Through its DTC interest-free credit program, BBX has provided businesses upwards of 8.2 billion in DTC capital support across these international markets.
In response to the shift in global financial markets and to address the banking support gap for businesses, particularly SMEs, BBX replaced its technology stack.

The Leadership
Two very talented and experienced professionals spearhead the company.
Chairwoman DR. LEE OI KUM, a doctor and an entrepreneur.
Dr. Lee is the chairperson of the Malaysia-based IT company E-KomoditiSdnBhd, which she co-founded with technology partner HeitechPaduBerhad. E-Komoditi provides a full suite of researched and developed IT solutions for the government and public sectors.
Dr. Lee also plays a crucial role in transforming the traditional barter business into a global trade through BBX. She is the board director of BBX Holdings Pte Ltd.
In the Fintech space, Dr Lee is the founding board member and Chairperson of Kashtec International Pte Ltd, which develops solutions for SMEs with banks and large corporates.
Dr. Lee Oi Kum has deep interests in social work and philanthropy and significantly contributes to both areas.
CEO Caroline Macdonald
A forward-thinking entrepreneur who leads the team from Australia. She is passionate about breaking down financial barriers with an entrepreneurial spirit and providing a low-risk route to efficient operation and success through PIM.Caroline is responsible for leading the expansion and development of the organization and exploring new ways businesses can operate successfully and efficiently.
In addition, she is a board member of the International Reciprocal Trade Association (IRTA) and heads their Crypto Committee. She is a UNICEF Ambassador, a Certified Trade Executive & Broker, a Licensed Real Estate Corporate Manager and a government advisor in the CAMCA region on new world economic structures and policies.
Caroline is the recipient of the prestigious Legends of Trade 2020 Award from the International Reciprocal Trade Association.
