  • 1992: JR and Loren Ridinger founded Market America out of their home in Greensboro, North Carolina. This year also saw the introduction of the Management Performance Compensation Plan (MPCP).
  • 1993: The first “major” company event was hosted with 46 people in attendance.
  • 1994: Market America launched in Canada and hosted its first trade show in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Community outreach has always been a big part of the company’s policy.
