Summit Wealth Group: Guiding Lives Toward Financial Freedom with Purpose and Passion

In 1985, Randy Morris, now the CEO, founded Executive Financial Planning, Inc. (EFP) with a bold and personal mission to deliver independent, client-centered financial planning that adapts to every individual’s goals and circumstances. Over the next 17 years, EFP grew into one of the largest independent advisory firms in the nation. Building on that success, the company expanded its vision in 2002 with the launch of Summit Wealth Group, headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, now operating across five states and ten branch offices.

Purpose with Passion

At Summit Wealth Group, the mission is both simple and profound: to help clients build secure, purpose-driven lives through thoughtful financial guidance. The firm believes that a clear, accountable plan empowers clients to pursue their ambitions confidently, freeing them from financial stress so they can focus on what truly matters.

Guided by Core Values

Summit’s enduring success is anchored in its core principles of delivering an exceptional client experience, fostering collaboration, embracing accountability, and nurturing meaningful relationships. These values shape every action, ensuring that each interaction reflects integrity and care.

More Than a Firm, A Calling

To the Summit Wealth team, financial planning isn’t just a career; it’s a calling. Every advisor is deeply committed to helping clients live the life they envision. From the very first consultation to ongoing wealth management, excellence and empathy define every stage of the client journey.

Relationships that Go Beyond Business

Summit’s relationships extend well beyond numbers and portfolios. Built on trust, authenticity, and shared values, many client partnerships evolve into lasting friendships. Whether connecting over a game of golf, volunteering together, or gathering at client appreciation events, the firm fosters a genuine sense of community that strengthens bonds over time.

The Power of Comprehensive Planning

True financial freedom starts with clarity and direction. Summit’s comprehensive planning approach empowers clients to define their goals, identify risks, and create a personalized roadmap toward success. The firm’s philosophy goes beyond money management—it’s about aligning financial strategies with life’s purpose.

Why Comprehensive Planning Matters

A well-rounded financial plan provides structure, insight, and peace of mind. With the guidance of a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP), clients gain the confidence to make informed choices and move toward a more secure, fulfilling future, backed by a trusted partner every step of the way.
