Imagine a company that delivers accurate and compliant global payroll in over 150 countries and provides data analytics and reporting capabilities while maintaining data security. Introducing Immedis, a global leader in consolidated global payroll solutions that works with some of the world’s leading enterprises, such as McAfee, Adobe, ServiceNow, and Nutanix.
Simplifying payroll processes with automation
Manual data-entry practices are time consuming and contribute to payroll errors, inaccuracy, and inherent security-related problems. A founding principle of the Immedis Platform is to reimagine how global payroll is managed, executed, and delivered by introducing automation across the payroll inputs, validating this data as it is entered, and then automating the downstream delivery.
This eliminates the need for time-consuming manual uploads and file exchanges, accelerating the pay cycle, increasing accuracy, and ensuring compliance. The result is a single source of truth, allowing customers to benefit from a single vendor relationship with the global coverage needed to support business today and as organizations expand. With the Immedis Platform, organizations have a consolidated repository of payroll data at their fingertips, one that has been validated and checked by Immedis’ in-country experts.
Streamlining with Integration
Immedis takes simplification to another level and streamlines payroll processes through integration with the market leading Human Capital Management (HCM) systems including Oracle, Workday, SAP Success Factors and UKG.
By integrating with existing HCM solutions, Immedis can dramatically simplify multi-country payroll and tax obligations, provide efficiency, cost savings, compliance, and actionable analytics for customers. In addition to HCM integration, the Immedis Platform also integrates with financial systems as well as a range of HR systems, including Time & Attendance and Benefits software. This enables organizations to improve efficiency, operate profitably, and continuously scale across multiple business functions.
Immedis Perpetual Validation a key differentiator
One of Immedis’ key differentiators is an industry-first innovation called Perpetual Validation that increases global payroll accuracy and provides tech-enabled country compliance. As the name suggests, it continuously checks and subsequently validates the quality and completeness of HR and payroll data sourced from HCM and finance systems and contained within the Immedis Platform. It surfaces any data issues using AI techniques in a way that is intuitive to non-technical users.
Onscreen graphical notifications alert users to gaps in their global payroll data, for any country, in real-time. The notification also details the severity of the issue – errors, warnings and observations are all identified, so they can be solved in order of priority. This provides payroll teams the advance notice they need to identify and resolve data issues that may negatively impact the payroll cycle completion so they can ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery to employees.
A great place to work with an award-winning culture
Immedis has seen exceptional growth since 2016 and has been one of the leading technology companies creating employment opportunities in Dublin and Kilkenny where the company is based as well as across the globe in the Americas, the UK, Europe and in Asia. The company is well known for its work culture that promotes continuous employee learning and development and employee wellbeing. A great example of this is their recently launched Wellbeing@Immedis sessions. Employees get to relax, upskill, and develop through 30,45, and 60-minutes sessions, including but not restricted to stress management and emotional development topics.
Furthermore, Immedis launched internal programs like weekly CEO sessions and biweekly Immedis Coffee Connects where all employees in every part of world, including the CEO, connect virtually and relax together. These programs have been especially important and appreciated by employees during the pandemic when lockdowns made remote working a necessity. Good deeds never go unnoticed, and Immedis has the awards to prove it, including 2021 Best Workplaces – Great Place to Work, Ireland, and 2021 Best Workplaces for Women – Great Places to Work, Ireland. Immedis was also shortlisted in the 2021 COVID Comms Awards for Best Employee Engagement Program – Creating our Culture in a Virtual World.
Even in the face of the pandemic’s challenges, Immedis shows strength in all aspects of the business, including customer growth, technology innovation and continuous enhancements to the Immedis Platform.
Apart from being recognized as a great place to work, Immedis has also received multiple international and domestic recognition and awards for its ability to create innovative products and grow market awareness of the company brand. Immedis has been recognized as the “Most Innovative Technological Company” by Global Brands Magazine and named among the ‘The Top 10 Most Renowned Brands 2020’ by The Leaders Globe Media.
