Where Businesses Can Grow With A Conscience
HubSpot is an American developer and marketer of software products for inbound marketing, sales, and customer service. The company offers a full platform of marketing, sales, customer service, and CRM software — plus the methodology, resources, and support — to help businesses.
Businesses rely on various tools and techniques to boost their growth. From marketing, sales to service software, a lot of businesses rely on a wide variety of tools for their business growth. However, there are so many companies that offer similar services and tools, but the experience can be quite underwhelming. This is where HubSpot comes in.
HubSpot is all about marketing, sale, and service software that helps businesses grow without compromise. The company notes that ‘good for business’ should also mean ‘good for the customer’. “There’s this notion that to grow a business, you have to be ruthless. But we know there’s a better way to grow. One where what’s good for the bottom line is also good for customers,” explains HubSpot.
This is why the mission of the company is where businesses can grow with a conscience, and succeed with a soul — and that they can do it with inbound. “That’s why we’ve created a platform uniting software, education, and community to help businesses grow better every day,” says the company.
The HubSpot Marketing Hub, HubSpot Sales Hub, and the HubSpot Service Hub are the core crux of the company’s software. The Marketing Hub helps to grow traffic, convert leads, and prove ROI with the software. Clients are enabled to close more deals faster with a suite of productivity-boosting tools for every part of the process. And lastly, the HubSpot Service Hub helps connect with customers, exceed their expectations, and turn them into promoters that grow business.
HubSpot Founding Story
HubSpot was founded by two dynamic personalities Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah. As fellow graduate students at MIT in 2004, Brian and Dharmesh noticed a shift in the way people shop and buy. Consumers were no longer tolerating interruptive bids for their attention — in fact, they’d gotten really, really good at ignoring them.
From this shift, a company was born: HubSpot. It was founded on “inbound”, the notion that people don’t want to be interrupted by marketers or harassed by salespeople — they want to be helped. Today, the inbound movement continues to empower businesses around the world to stop interrupting, start helping, and return their focus to the customer.
Today, HubSpot offers a full stack of software for marketing, sales, and customer service, with a completely free CRM at its core. Of course, these are quite powerful alone — but even better when used together.
