The Founder & CEO

Brian J. Dennis founded Dennis & Co. Auto Group in 2006 when he purchased Riverdale Chrysler Jeep. He invested time, money and worked hard to transform the company from an underperforming single-point store into a large business that currently generates $600M+ in annual revenue and has expanded to 12 dealerships representing 14 brands, a warranty company, and real estate holdings. Brian provides executive oversight on all business activities, leads the management team, and ultimately oversees the performance and well-being of 600+ employees. Brian is a visionary and has been steadily investing in expanding his management team to identify growth opportunities and be prepared to strike when the time is right.

Brian earned his laurels by working hard and learning the ropes of the business. He started in dealership sales and then finance management and founded a national sub-prime financing company, Advantage Finance Solutions in 1999. His lifelong passion for the auto business ensured that Brian was elected to many industry leadership positions, including chairman of New York State Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) and Chairman of NYSADA’s Legislative Committee. In these roles, he has worked with U.S. Senators, Congressmen, Attorney General, and New York State Governor to strengthen New York State’s auto dealer support.

Brian also participates in the NADA Dealer 20 Group, CD-03, the highest performing group for all FCA brands and the third highest-rated for all brands. Additionally, he serves on FCA NE Business Center Dealer Council and the Kia National Dealer Council, where he actively represents all FCA and Kia dealers to manufacturers.

Brian studied Business and Finance at Walsh College and is a 2006 graduate of the NADA Dealer Academy. He grew up in Grosse Pointe Woods, Ml, and currently resides in Mamaroneck, NY, with his wife, Tina, and their three children. Brian likes to travel, fish, run, participate in Spartan Tough Mudders, and play golf and hockey.
