Captain Hyperscaler: Expert secure cloud training and cloud consulting for robust cybersecurity and cloud solutions

As the world becomes increasingly dependent on technology, the need for skilled professionals who can navigate the complex landscape of cybersecurity, AI, and cloud computing has never been more pressing. Amidst this backdrop, Captain Hyperscaler, a leading provider of professional and technical training, has emerged as a pioneer in the industry. The Fortuner Hub had the privilege of speaking with Captain Hyperscaler’s founder and CEO, Dwayne Natwick, who shared with us what this recognition means to him personally and professionally.

For Captain Hyperscaler, being recognized as an Innovator Companies of the year 2024 is a testament to years of dedication and hard work in building a brand and company that stands out in a crowded market. The company’s unique approach to professional and technical training, Skill Up Like a Super Hero™, has resonated with the industry and made a meaningful impact.

At its core, Captain Hyperscaler’s innovative approach is centered around creating training programs that go beyond mere certification preparation. Dwayne recognized that traditional training methods were insufficient – they only prepared students for certification exams without teaching them how to apply their skills in real-world scenarios. This realization led him to develop a holistic approach that combines origin stories, hero sagas, and role-based training to equip professionals with the skills they need to succeed in their organizations.

Captain Hyperscaler’s journey began as a community within the Microsoft and AWS ecosystem, providing guidance and information on secure cloud transformation. As the company grew, it became clear that traditional training methods were not meeting the needs of professionals looking to upskill and reskill in the rapidly changing technology landscape.

“We want our students to become certified professionals who can apply their skills to real-world scenarios and make a tangible impact on their organizations,” explained Dwayne Natwick. “We’re not just preparing students for certification exams; we’re giving them the skills they need to become superheroes in their own right.”

One of the key milestones in Captain Hyperscaler’s development was refining its approach through extensive market research and feedback from customers. The company also collaborated with industry leaders and partners who shared its vision for creating more effective training programs.

Of course, innovation often involves taking risks, and Captain Hyperscaler faced its share of challenges during the development process. One significant challenge was building its brand from scratch – establishing trust with potential customers and differentiating itself from established players in the market. The company overcame this by focusing on social media marketing, sponsoring industry events, and creating engaging content through its podcast.

As we look ahead to the future of professional and technical training, Captain Hyperscaler’s innovative approach is poised to make a significant impact. Cybersecurity, AI, and cloud technologies are transforming businesses across industries, and companies need professionals who can navigate these technologies effectively. Captain Hyperscaler’s Skill Up Like a Super Hero™ program provides a valuable solution for organizations looking to upskill their teams and stay competitive.

To stay updated on emerging trends and technologies, Dwayne engages extensively with his social media network of technical leaders, followers, and companies. He is always learning new skills and certifications to stay on the cutting edge of innovation. Surrounding himself with partner organizations that share his vision for creating meaningful training programs also helps him stay informed.

Staying motivated is essential for pushing the boundaries of innovation. Dwayne finds inspiration through mentoring others in project management, leadership, and cybersecurity through various mentorship programs. He is also passionate about raising awareness about cybersecurity threats, including cyberbullying, among users of all ages.

As The Fortuner Hub congratulates Captain Hyperscaler on its well-deserved recognition as an innovator of the year 2024, we can’t help but wonder what the future holds for this pioneering company. With its commitment to innovation and dedication to making a meaningful impact in the lives of professionals everywhere, Captain Hyperscaler is poised to continue revolutionizing professional and technical training for years to come.
