Yet in the modern world, they lose sense of community and get disconnected from each other while living in massive living complexes. This need for building the community while easing people’s lives through technology has found its way into BEECARD’s mission.

We created an advanced and scalable fintech platform that connects facilities such as properties, gated communities, hotels, and gyms with their residents and merchants through managing the entire payment process. BEECARD is the brainchild of a stellar team under Ali Çekmeceligil’s leadership

BEECARD is a real estate financial technology (fintech) company that provides its customers with productive solutions to create a ‘win-win’ situation for all stakeholders. We realized that the private real estate sector in Europe lacked a financial solution that single-handedly met the needs of the residents, property managers and merchants. Especially in the light of the pandemic, this need was emphasized when people’s homes became the center for all activities including work, school, and gym. With BEECARD, we create and support an ecosystem within the living complexes and build the community through interlocking relationships. Our platform connects the stakeholders in the living complexes and improves the lives of the residents and property managers. The services provided by BEECARD can be divided into three main categories:. The property management, financial services and data management.

BEECARD’s partnerships with Agaoglu, a leading real estate company, and Param, a payment processing and card issuing company, has set the stage for success. The company successfully acquired its first customer, Maslak 1453, Europe’s largest living complex with a construction area of 20 million square foot. The living complex has 4,203 residential units and 1,055 commercial units all of which are using BEECAR

BEECARD is the one card that gets rid of all the other cards. It is not only the residents’ key to their homes, but its financial services allow it to function as a prepaid card that lets card holders collect rewards for spending. BEECARD allows its holders to seamlessly transfer money in and out of their bank accounts, pay for goods and services, and send money via a peer-to-peer system. Essentially, all the cardholders need is the BEECARD app on their mobile phones to manage their lives.
The data management services BEECARD provides enables property managers and merchants to collect information that can be used to determine targeted marketing campaigns, and etc.

As CEO, Ali Çekmeceligil plays an active role in the day-to-day operations of the fintech company and is focused on creating a healthy work atmosphere for the team.
