APIS IQ Benchmarking Functional Safety and Risk Analysis

APiS North America entered the market in 1992 and its APIS IQ-Software has been received as the most innovative Risk analysis software, which speaks volumes about the company. APiS North America is now channeling resources to provide training, consulting, and support to its customers through the web-based methodology.

Since entering the market in 1992, the APIS® IQ-Software has been received as the most innovative Risk Analysis software, enabling many companies to achieve their goals and objectives for assessing and mitigating product and process risk. The APIS® IQ-(Integrated Quality) Software has been revolutionizing how companies leverage FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) within their Quality, Safety, and Functional Safety programs by positively affecting their efficacy, efficiency and a value-add to the programs.

Evolution & Formation

FMEA is a structured approach to discovering, analysing, and acting on potential failures that may exist within the product or process design. By minimizing or mitigating these failures, the effects are, impacted and or eliminated. Any failure will cause waste, defects, or, the most crucial reason to not fail, harmful customer outcomes. Failure Mode and Effects Analysis is designed to identify, prioritize, and prevent any product or process failures.

As the demand for the IQ-Software has increased throughout North America, the demand to deliver effective training solutions and consultation services increased proportionately, this demand was answered by the formation of the IQ-Software distributor APiS North America team in July 2016. It is noteworthy that since this time, they have managed to increase their IQ-Software license customer base by over 100%. They provide training to global companies to meet the coordinated needs of their quality and safety programs. From the beginning, APiS North America has consistently driven customer needs into the IQ-Software’s capability and functionality.
