Kevin MacRitchie brings over thirty-five years of diverse experience in Healthcare, Education, Government, and the IT Industry to his role as President & CEO of Tactical Rehabilitation Inc. Renowned for his innovative approach, Kevin has earned accolades such as the IFAH Top 100 Healthcare Visionaries award from 2020 to 2022 and recognition for Tactical Rehabilitation as a Most Trusted Military Solutions Provider. His leadership has garnered additional honors including the prestigious Hire Vets recognition in 2022 and being named the World’s Most Inspiring CEO in 2023. Under his guidance, Tactical Rehabilitation was acclaimed as The Best Place to Work in 2023.

Kevin’s expertise lies in business turnaround and rapid profitable growth, achieved through a focus on high-quality patient/customer care and partnerships. He champions a forward-looking approach, emphasizing risk mitigation and diversity to ensure sustained success. Prior to his tenure at Tactical Rehabilitation, Kevin served as the Senior Vice President – Chief Operations Officer & Chief Engineering Officer for CCI Systems, Inc., where he led the expansion into Tier 1 & 2 Service Provider space. Before that, he spent 24 years at Cisco Systems, where he held various leadership roles and spearheaded initiatives in global defense, space, security, and humanitarian efforts.

Outside of his corporate endeavors, Kevin remains committed to humanitarian and educational causes, serving on the boards of Telecom4Good and Wingspan. He shares his wealth of knowledge as a guest lecturer at esteemed universities and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Toledo. In his leisure time, Kevin serves as an active-duty Mounted Law Enforcement Officer, indulges in ranching pursuits, and enjoys horseback riding with his family across the country.
