The launch of this platform was announced on Thursday, which would provide real-time updates, quick tracking of bottlenecks, and data-driven decision-making.
According to the company, BB Matrix empowered a decrease in transportation costs by almost 50% and a reduction in lead time by 60%. Tata Digital had acquired a 64% stake in Supermarket Grocery Supplies, the parent firm owning Bigbasket, back in May 2021. The entity is being run now by Innovative Retail Concepts under Supermarket Grocery Supplies.
